Hampton Inn Ribbon Cutting and Business after Hours

On August 10, the Easley Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting ceremony and a Business after Hours reception at the new Hampton Inn located at the intersection of highways 123 and 153. It was well attended by over 200 people. Outback Steakhouse provided the heavy hors d’eours for the Business after Hours.

A highlight was the participation of Miss South Carolina 2006 Shelley Benthall. This was Miss South Carolina’s first appearance in Easley since starting her reign in July 2006. Dean Andrews, General Manager, welcomed the group and invited all to inspect the rooms in the Hampton Inn. A drawing was held by Miss South Carolina and three door prizes were awarded.

The Hampton Inn features amenities of a pool and spa, fitness center, wireless high-speed Internet access, a business center, complimentary hot breakfast, and guest laundry. For reservations call (864)343-3636.
