Initiated in November of 2020 by the Greater Easley Chamber of Commerce, the Downtown Easley Business Council (DEBC) serves to protect and promote business growth and sustainability of businesses located in the TIF (Tax Increment Financing) District of downtown Easley. The DEBC brings together diverse business entities to benefit from the strength that comes from the unity of purpose, spoken with a common voice.
Members of the DEBC are also members of the Greater Easley Chamber, and together we all work for the betterment of the overall Easley business market. To help plan and manage the activities and initiatives in the downtown area, the DEBC maintains its own elected Advisory Board. And to ensure a direct connection to the Chamber's overall strategic plan, the Chamber Board of Directors includes representation from the downtown district.
