Sara Juneau Honored as Young Professional of the Year

The Greater Easley Chamber of Commerce has honored Sara Trinkl Juneau as its Young Professional of the Year. Sponsored by Sam’s Club of Easley, this award recognizes and honors an emerging leader who strives to meet the highest levels of personal and professional accomplishment, who devotes time and energy to their community, and who serves as a role model for other young leaders and professionals.

Since moving to the Upstate 10 years ago, Sara wasted no time getting involved in our community. She has served as a YMCA mentor, volunteer coordinator for Kohl’s Associates in Action Program, member of the Clemson Chamber Nonprofit Alliance, advisory board member for Behavioral Health Services of Pickens County, board member & officer for The Parenting Place, member of the Pickens Rotary Club, and an active member of the Chamber’s Ambassador Committee.
In 2016, Sara graduated from Leadership Pickens County and was elected by her classmates to serve with Junior Leadership Pickens County. As a JLPC board member and facilitator, she has been a wonderful role model and mentor for more than 100 high school juniors in Pickens County. And in 2018, when the Easley Chamber explored launching a new Young Professionals Academy, Sara was quickly recruited as a Founding Member of the YP Steering Committee and was chosen to serve as Committee Chair. Her leadership has been instrumental in launching & guiding the success of the chamber’s YP-E3 Academy and other YP-EP group activities.

Professionally, Sara serves as the Director of Community Engagement for The Parenting Place where she’s dedicated to serving families with counseling and education programs, as well as supporting local efforts for child abuse prevention.

Please join the Greater Easley Chamber of Commerce in honoring Sara Trinkl Juneau as our Young Professional of the Year.
