Initiated by the Greater Easley Chamber of Commerce and Liberty members, the Liberty Business Council serves to protect and promote the business, industrial, economic, and educational interests of the greater Liberty area. The LBC will provide a common voice for the Liberty area and will also create events and initiatives aimed at improving business, educational, and civic conditions in the area served by the organization.

Members of the LBC are also members of the Greater Easley Chamber, and together we all work for the betterment of the overall area. To help plan and manage the activities and initiatives in the Liberty area, the LBC maintains its own elected Advisory Board. And to ensure a direct connection to the Chamber's overall strategic plan, the Chamber Board of Directors includes representation from the Liberty area.
