Alebrijes Restaurant Cuts Ribbon to Celebrate its Grand Opening Day |

On Friday, September 16, the restaurant, Alebrijes held its ribbon-cutting ceremony to begin its grand opening day of celebrations. In attendance was manager Alex Marquez, Jose Romo, family, staff, and supporters. Additionally present were City Council members Nancy Breazeale, Denise Davidson and Pat Webb, Chamber Ambassadors Brittany Chapman and Sam Gillespie, and Congressman Jeff Duncan representative Addie Patterson. As part of the ceremony, a ribbon was cut and Chamber President, Cindy Hopkins presented Alebrijes Cocina Mexicana y Margaritas LLC with their first-dollar certificate to wish the business many years of success in the Easley community. Attendees then signed the ribbon and were treated with complimentary food and drinks. Alebrijes is a family-owned establishment located at 6205 Calhoun Memorial Highway, Easley. The restaurant offers sitting inside with booths and tables, a patio outside, and a bar. The menu offers many options to fit your palette. They give you a variety of options from chicken entrees to steak, pork, and seafood entrees. They offer burritos, fajitas, salads, tacos, tostadas, and quesadillas. If you have a hard time deciding on what to order, don’t worry because you can mix your plates. You can even choose a small meal for the not-so-hungry moments.
