WHAT WE DO

Founded in 1935 as The Easley Business League, and subsequently incorporated as the Greater Easley Chamber of Commerce in August 1947, our chamber has a long history as the leading pro-business voice for the Easley and Powdersville areas. Through value-added membership, relevant programming, and strategic advocacy, we’re creating a united and vibrant business climate for our local area. Our local and regional partnerships in both the private and public sectors, along with the support of our approximately 350 business investors, allow our chamber to support business and entrepreneurial development, serve as a legislative voice of business, work to strengthen the economic sustainability of our community, and tell the wonderful story of our community as a tourism destination or relocation choice.

In addition to our role as an advocate for the business community, our office also serves as the Welcome Center where we have the privilege to meet with visitors and newcomers to share tourism and new resident information about Easley, as well as the surrounding areas of Powdersville and Upstate South Carolina. Our office maintains a wide variety of information about our natural resources, parks and trails, recreation assets, local education, local business and service providers, real estate connections, and much more.

We encourage you to visit our office or utilize our website to learn more about our chamber, as well as our many business investors that actively support our efforts in making our community the best place to live, work, and play.
